Will Mellor revealed that he suffered from knee pain before his injury Strictly come dance for the first time.
The 2 pints of beer and a box of chips The actor is a celebrity starring in the new series from the BBC’s Hall of Fame show but has told fans that his knees are playing.
Mellor – who has a history of knee problems – posted a video on Instagram showing him breathing heavily as he iced his legs with peas.

“Only at rehearsal strictlyHe told his followers.
“Will’s knees nurtured the peas,” Mellor, 46, said sarcastically.
The star also admitted that he was feeling “brilliant” ahead of the competition that begins this weekend.
In the caption, he said his knees were “in shock,” adding the hashtags “#toooldforthis,” “#shattered,” and “#badknees.”
Mellor will rival the likes of Bros star Matt Goss, singer Fleur East and actor Kym Marsh when strictly in its course.
Other contestants include TV star Helen Skelton and baggy for women Kay Adams.
Justices Shirley Palace, Craig Revell-Horwood, Motsy Mabus and Anton de Beek will return, but former Judge Bruno Tonioli will not return as he continues to focus on his commitments with the U.S. Dancing with the stars.
The show was originally scheduled to start last week, but was pushed back about a week after the Queen’s funeral.

The series begins with a premiere, the only pre-recorded episode of the series, on September 23.
Live performances will then begin as planned starting Saturday, September 24.
